I would like the order changed: last message at the bottom of the list (in stead of on top), like a regular conversation! Doesn't that make sense?

Not for me! But I could understand that for some it does.

If you have multiple users listening (>5), you cannot see all chat messages at one time, therefore having the upper one as most recent is logical to me.
