Change Refresh Rate for "Playing" page (4.7 beta3)

Is it possible to change the "Playing" page (center section) refresh rate on version 4.7.beta3 (build 3081)?

In the 4.6 Stable version, you could alter it by editing the playlist.jsp file by adding some code at the end of the function skip(index).
