Sort albums chronologically

Would it be possible to sort an artists' albums by ID3 year please?

I would much rather have e.g. my 14 Bowie albums sorted by year than sorted alphabetically.

I just put the year 1st in the folder structure
e.g.
Hawkwind/

1970 - Hawkwind
1971 - In Search of Space
1972 - Doremi Fasol Latido
etc

if your tags are right, you can use a multitude of programs to rearrange your folder structure (foobar2000 for example). i have my folder structure like this:

%artist%\%date% - %album%\%tracknumber% %title%
