I've tried to look if this feature has already been suggested ... but I've not found any post related to.
The idea would be
I have some playlists
- best of Artist 1
- best of Artist 2
...
- best of Artist N
I would like to have a meta playlist (or mother playlist) which dynamically regroups all these ones.
- Best of (would include)
* best of Artist 1
* best of Artist 2
...
* best of Artist N
You edit the daughter playlist.
The modification is present in your mother playlist too.
When an artist is becoming boring you "detach" the daugter playlist from his mother ... no need to delete it.
The example talk about artist but you can imagine meta/mother playlist by
- year (the seventies, the eighties, ...)
- type (rock, rap, soundtrack ...)
...
And so on
