Default Player Templates for new Player Instances

I think it would be neat to be able to define default player templates for new players to be setup with. As they are now, players are great for helping us specify limits on bitrates for our users. As a user connects in and gets assigned a new player instance, it would be awesome if we could specify the default template they had their player created from.
