Audio Switch, Subs Switch, and more

Hi,

firstly, i need to say i am a big fan of subsonic -thanks for making this available to us!

... here are some requests i'd like to share.

1.
a big thing in video streaming mkv files is the ability to switch audio from english to another supported language. for me, as a german,
i do enjoy watching movies in both languages. in a standard local player like vlc, its just some klicks and i can enjoy the mkv movie again
in the original language. i find that pretty important and thats something which - for me - needs to be implemented into subsonic for sure!

2.
another big thing related to the point i mentioned above is the ability to enable/disable subs. sometimes theres a movie a litle to hard to
fully understand but luckily, theres subs provided in my language. but here too... subsonic does not support a switch to
enable / disable them. for me, another must have.

3.
in my experience, by hosting a pretty big collection of different media types on my subsonic server, theres a biiiig need of some kind of directory.
there must be an easy way to sort the stuff into different corners like musik, movies, documenations, series, ... etc etc ...


... for now, thats my first feedback, the big points where mentioned. is there any chance these points will be implemented in some release
in the future? is there some map, what is going to happen in the next release?
