Force the search for square cover art

Considering the thumbnails don't display correctly when the album cover is not square, that would be great to add the ratio parameter in the google image search (maybe as an option/checkbox).
Also about the thumbnails, that would be great if the ones in CD1/CDx subfolders were appearing in the album list.
