Browse for a cover art...

Hi,
It would be nice to browse for a cover art in the filesystem besides the search in google images that we have now.
Sometimes I have the cover art in the album folder, but It has not the proper name. This new function should allow you to browse the filesystem, let you choose the cover art file (preview would be great), and make a copy of the file with the standard name cover.jpg or folder.jpg (I prefer the later), optional would be to resize the image (options: small, medium, large).
