remove played songs + shuffle playlist vs. randomly organize

Howdy Sindre-

First, let me say that this is a great piece of software. I appreciate all the hard work you've put into it.

Two small feature requests:

1) shuffle playlist without rearranging tracks?
2) remove "played" songs automatically?

Here's my use-case: I queue up a big chunk of music, various albums/artists, etc.

I start listening via my player, and want the next song to be something different than the next item in the list. I could do this by clicking the "shuffle" link, but I'll have to keep clicking "shuffle" every time I add more music. This would be similar to the "shuffle" button in Winamp as opposed to the "Misc > Sort > Randomize List" function.

Also, after each song is played, I don't want to hear it again until I start a new playlist, so after each track is played, it should be automatically removed from the current queue.

I've read before that you personally tend to not listen to music like this (semi-random), but these two features are something I've enjoyed in other apps.
