Status Tab - Ability to Clear/Reset bitrate

It would be vary nice to be able to clear/totally reset the bitrate scrolling container. Whenever data begins streamming it initally starts out with a very high bitrate, which sets the range of the container; then it immediatlly settles down to the actual bitrate (especially if lame is being used). However, with each refresh the container limits stay based on the first (very large) bitrate settings. It doesn't re-adjust until the inital values have scrolled out of the container's scope.

It would be nice if the Refresh button (or a new button) allowed for the bitrate container to be cleared completly, so the current (accurate) values were use to set the controls range.
