Change playlist and songs on PC remotly from mobile

I did a quick search about changing song and editing playlist remotly from the mobile app/wap page for the player that is playing on the computer.
First of all, is this possible?
Second, how do I do this?
If not, it would be cool if it was added.

(I've tried using the same player number (eg. Player 1) but that just stops the music on the computer and starts playing on the mobile instead)

Sounds like what you are talking about is the jukebox-feature which has been requested by several other users. It's a part of Sindres todo-list so maybe in some soon-to-come release
