Subsonic Forum

I have a staff of about 100 who are dependent on Subsonic for what we do. Every day, the staff checks for "recently added" albums multiple times, and each time, they have to hit "Home" and then "Recently Added" in order to see them. I'd love it if there could be any of the following:

(1) a whole new button for "Recently Added" in the top menu (and perhaps take out "About" since it's completely redundant)
(2) changing it so "Recently Added" is the default Home view (rather than "Random," which I've never used once in four years of using Subsonic)
(3) Making "Recently Added" the default view when pressing on the Subsonic log at the top left (which currently just duplicates what you see in "About")
(4) Make the views customizable so that users can either have Random or Recently Added, etc as their default Home view.

Kind of amazed that this has been wanted for many years,

Starting with version 5.3.beta1, the default album list can be set in Settings > Personal.
