Save button at the top of Edit Tags

Can you add a second SAVE button at the TOP of the Edit Tags feature? Often when editing tags I am adding in years and filling out the field at the top and clicking set. Then I have to scroll to the bottom to click SAVE and then back to the top to go Back..
