Ban songs

It's a feature last.fm had (not sure if they still do). Basically, if a song sucks, I want to click a big red X and the song is shown greyed out in lists, and not ever played (unless I click the X again to unban it). Like stars, the ban-list should be per-user.
So adding an album with a banned song would add only the unbanned ones to the playlist, etc. And there are no "play" icons on banned songs.
