Host name enforcement!
Posted: Tue Mar 25, 2014 1:30 pmIt is a simple feature, in the settings for network it needs an option where you can enforce a network name resolution, for both the shared items as well as if it is resolved to just an IP address not for example on 'localhost'.
See you can point a cname at the network host, or people using dynamic dns would be aware of this as well, see my subsonic system sits on http://extraterrestrialsex.com:4040 but when i want to share something I have to edit it. Also being able to edit the twitter message would be kewl and also having resolution of the default hostname address option in the network, I made mine so It contained the ♩♫♪♬ UTF8 characters for music just so it was a bit more customised.
It would be just a checkbox with a textbox to turn on and off!
