Pop-out button in 5.0

I really like the new player, but where has my pop-out button gone? I almost never watch videos in fullscreen, I just clicked the "pop-out" button then resized.
This has gone now, why? Can it be bought back?
I am disappointed.

This please,
Can think of no reason why this excellent feature would have been removed. It's more or less essential for proper video player use in anything other than full screen.

Just upgraded from 4.9 to 5.2.1 and ended up rolling back almost immediately.
As others have stated, the "Open in new window" / pop out feature is essential for those of us with wide monitors where we wish to view a video at the same time as doing something else.
Please restore this feature. It was removed as of SVN revision 3997.
