avoid overwriting the Info.plist at every update

Every time I update subsonic I have to edit the Info.plit file again, and again.
This because I need to increase the total allowed RAM amount.
Could you make it possible to either keep the existing Info.plist file. Or simply ask a few basic questions during the installation process to re-write the most common settings in the new file ?
Would make life much easier.
