Custom background while chromecasting

I think it would be a nice addition if while chromecasting the background image on the TV/monitor/screen could be an image of our own choosing (instead of the rather boring wood background and album art cover), or, even better, video, be it from YouTube or Vimeo, etc. or from a local file. One could construct a much more immersive and customizeable multimedia experience that way.
