Customize playlist covers/thumbnails

First, thx for this nice software ! It's quite useful.
However, I'm struggling with something that could be way more simple if there was a way to set a cover/thumbnail for a playlist once and for all, regardless of what's in it.
So that's my request : how about an option to edit and set the cover of the playlist when it's created ? That would make it easier to tidy up
