Additional Features

1. Be able to disable to the Podcast icon from the menu. Have a check box under settings/podcast.
2. Have the ability to have new user fill out a request form to access personal subsonic website. It would make it easier on the administrator. Once the registration is complete, it would send a email to the admin.
