Hello, is it possible to add a custom button to trigger the scanner like I did following this tutorial http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14450&p=63217&hilit=theme#p63217

I mean I want it only for the admin users, not for everyone.

You could even give the option to allow certain users to rescan every say x period of time and allow admins to set the time period.

All users could be constrained by the same time period so if User A did a rescan then User B couldn't do one until the same time period is up.

Yeah, but I think only admin has to have that button, if you let others press it you will increase the load on the server.
Oh maybe if you have trusted friends who edit tags and things like that.
