Add option to disable Adobe FLASH server side

Would like an option to disable Adobe FLASH server side this way HTML5 is forcefully used. If this is too absolute then at least make HTML5 the preferred over FLASH but at this point its just better to absolutely kill FLASH. No need for FLASH any longer in any regard. I'm using a strictly all WAV under HTML5 with absolutely no conversion so I have no need for FLASH.

i would also like to select HTML5 first. Currently i have to uninstall Flash so HTML5 work with Subsonic (except from minisub). But there are some sides which still need flash and iam forced to use it. For everything else i would like to switch to HTML5 which is already supported by Subsonic, so why don make it default?
