Hi,

since some parts of my media collection are quite big (esp. the TV Shows) they are spread across different drives. So far i am using numbered media folders (like TV Shows1, TV Shows2) which i do not find really comfortable.

I tried using a "Collection Folder" with shortcuts on Windows but Subsonic does not seem to care about shortcuts very much. So i think it would be best to have an option to store a couple of folders linked to a media folder as a collection.

best idea for someone with multiple drives is to not give it a drive letter - but to have it be assigned to an empty folder...
its an option when choosing drive letters in the windows drive manager.
so you would have on a drive a folder called "television" and everything inside would actually be on a separate drive then the folder is located
and another called "movies" and same thing all on a third drive
where movies and television are just two empty folders in your main media folder...
then the system looks at one media folder and sees it all as one hard drive...when in actuality its 3...
