ResourceBundle_ru fixed !!!

При переводе было допущено много ошибок, одно ОБНАВЛЕННО чего стоит! 2 ошибки в 1 слове ))))))))) + перевел новые пункты и кнопки в программе.
Остановить сервис, заменить ResourceBundle_ru.properties

When transfer many mistakes were made, it is corrected + translated new points and buttons in the program.
To stop service, to replace ResourceBundle_ru.properties
