Making Podcast Downloads Smarter

Last night a set a specific podcast to download and three items failed. I then selected the three items and asked Subsonic to re-download. What happened after is that Subsonic went ahead and re-downloaded the entire podcast series but appended a 0 at the filename.

It would be nice if Subsonic checked if the file existed first before adding a suffix and re-downloading the entire thing.
