Subsonic Forum

Would it be possible to implement a signup/registration engine that includes admin approval for new accounts similar to what is in the Madsonic beta? I currently run the Madsonic beta but really like the direction that the new Subsonic beta is going. The only thing I would miss if I were to switch back to Subsonic would be the Registration Engine.
