Search will let you add song to playlist directly

Drives me crazy that my 1990s single hits folder has hunderds of songs and i can search for a song by name or artist, and it shows on the results list, but i then have to click on it which takes me to the folder and I now have to scroll thru hundreds of files to find the song again. Why cant I just add it from the search result directly?
