Two useful but missing features (from my point of view)

Hi all!

After getting a little bit more familier with Subsonic I missed two features who are very useful for me in standard audio players:
1. It should be possible in random playlist to exclude a music genre, too. F.e. Most of the year I don't want to listen to christmas music when selecting a random playlist over all genres.
2. In many albums the release date of a song may be different from the release date of the album. So it would be nice to store the album release year in a separate field for better sorting.

Maybe these settings are already possible and I didn't find out. If so, please tell me how i can do it.

Thanks
Harry

Re #2, there is no general "Album" data; everything has to be within the song's own files in ID3. The ID3 specification does have a field for "Original release year", but I know of very few tools that can actually set it, and likely it won't be pre-populated by any music purchased through the main web stores (amazon, google play, iTunes).

I've been thinking about adding exclusions like folder, album, and genre to the SubFire radio generator (http://subfireplayer.net/subfire-radio/), but I'm working on other things right now (a general playlist editor and adding Chromecast to SubFire's web player to prototype up a new TV look and feel for '2.0').
