Scrobbling on Windows phone

Hi, Thanks for the great server program.

An app developer has told me that the reason he cant get last.fm scrobbling to work for us is because " ...the change of the background media handling after the Anniversary Update. At the moment I’m not able to react on track changes to trigger the scrobble but I’m still looking for a solution."

I was wondering if it would be easier for an option on the server side to just scrobble everything streamed without the need for the trigger? I cant think of a situation I would not want my app to scrobble.
