Nested playlist drop down menu

We now have have upwards of 30-40 playlists and since many are part of one related subject, it would be great to be able to group playlists into a nested drop down menu option format. This would allow them to be more easily arranged and have a custom name for a group of playlists and be able to drag and drop them under a single heading.
