Shuffle through all Songs

Yup, just the ability to shuffle through your whole library.
That's really the only thing i miss in subsonic.

Show the left side menu. Click "More". In the top feature, expand 20 to 50. That will shuffle up to 50 songs from your entire collection assuming you don't filter down the other fields available (music folder, genre, year).

If you're looking to avoid repeats every time you use that feature, I admit you're out of luck.

There is a technical issue: for a large collection, the play queue system can't handle it. Not a problem with the data as such (though it would take a while to assemble all the data), but with the UI. Any html app/page is going to have difficulty rendering 50,000+ lines of songs (which is what I have in each of my servers), along with all the controls for them. There needs to be some constraint on the size of things to keep it performant, and the browser is the limitation there.
