forcefully clear the "Artist" cache when scanning Library

As per Sindre "artist metadata is aggressively cached" and a library may get stuck with messy metadata.
Pls consider adding "Clear artist-cache" checkbox next to "Scan media folders".
Seems fairly easy thing to do.
