Suggest to make playlists as per-user basis, so you can't delete/share eachothers playlists. Maybe with an option to make it "public" or not.

If this is done I would want it to be an option as myself and all my users find the shared playlists to be great and wouldn't want to switch to a model that doesn't allow this.
