User registration form

Hi, I think a user registration form would be cool. Than way user can registrer their own account. But..!! What I think might be usefull and perhaps also mandatory for this. Is that subsonic admin(s) should recive a email after a user accounts been createt and that admin(s) then have to approve this account. Also when account been approved a email is sendt to the user to confirm the account been granted. That way you dont need to worry about people you dont know register account and using subsonic.

For email support both sendmail using php and SMTP server should be avalible.

Would this be possible?
