Eliminate the "Modified" tag?

Is there any way to eliminate the "Modified" tag (or maybe just to ignore the last edited date) so that sorting by Newest is only newly added albums?

Unfortunately no. There's no way to get the creation date (rather than the modified date) in Java...

Hummm... Of course I would have no way to know how SubSonic is written or how it stores data... So, from a moron who knows nothing, Maybe an additional field in the data base index for the 1st time a new 'album' appeared as the "addition to database date" field?

Hm, yeah that could work. Great idea! I've added it to my work list, hope to get it done sometime.
