Possibility to define usergroups

Hi,
Would it be possible to ad a possibility to define usergroups?

In that way I can assign users to a specific group with specific userrights.
We use Subsonic on a school to play music that teachers use in several lessons.
So if i could create a usergroup Teachers I could give them more rights then a member from the usergroup Pupils.
In that way I wouldn't have to log in for every teacher that's added to define their rights, log off again and log in as admin to prohibit them from making changes to their profile. Same goes for the Pupils.

I second this.

I would love the ability to have a little more flexibility in terms of who can see what. I would really love to get security permissions down at the music folder level. So, for example, I have Folder X defined that only User Group Y can see and access, but not User Group Z.

This would be tremendously helpful as I do not always want to share my entire music collection with everyone who has access to my subsonic implementation....or I have different areas that I'd like each to see.

If user group perms would be too difficult, user level permissions would be better than nothing!
