Similar artist functionality
Posted: Mon Dec 14, 2009 2:10 amHey Sindre, just switched to Subsonic after using Jinzora for a while. Java applications have a reputation for being sluggish, but Subsonic is really snappy, so nice work there!
The only thing I miss from Jinzora is its "Similar Artists" feature. I loved seeing that information as I was listening to an album -- it's a great way to discover new artists.
It seems like it would fit nicely on the right-hand side under the "Now Playing" information. Sorting the similar artists by whether or not they are already in the user's library would be a plus.
