Adjustable window pane

Postby fileoffset » Thu Jun 17, 2010 5:36 am

Hi,

I just started using Subsonic and am enjoying it very much, its fast and does everything that I wanted to.

There is one thing that I think would be really good and that is being able to adjust the left most pane width.

I have large monitors so can make the window quite large, but the left pane stays the same size and you cannot view the full folder names, which is a bit annoying.

Anyhow, thanks for a great product, I'll be donating in the future for sure.

All the panes can be dragged larger or smaller, it's just not defined with an actual line or drag icon. just get your cursor just to the right of the scroll bar in the artist pane and left click and drag. the other panes operate the same way but it does take a bit of practice to find the right drag spot.

good luck

Hmm thanks for that but I really don't see it working! I've tried as you said and clicked like mad to drag it over but it just doesn't do it.

Have you tried this in Chrome? What browser were you using when this worked for you?

I think the result is a lot cleaner visually, but I can understand that some will miss the option to resize it manually.

You can always change the frame proportions by modifying index.jsp, by the way.
