I've moved away from using "Artist" in favor of using the "Album Artist" tag? Any way to add "Album Artist" to the ID3 tags in the online player.

It would also be helpful to be able to chose in the Android player which to show, Artist or Album Artist

I agree. This is especially useful for compilation albums where the Album Artist is Various Artists. Subsonic currently displays the artist from the first track on the album.
