song/album suggestions to other users

I think it would be useful to have a way to "suggest" or "recommend" albums and/or songs to other users of the server. I have a server running that has a handful of user logins, and it'd be nice if I thought a particular user would like a certain song/album, I could suggest it to them. Then it will appear for them in a new Home category "Suggestions" (or similar).
