24kbit bitrate

Hi, I have one really stupid, but easy to implement feature request:
is it possible to make one more choice for bitrate? I would like to have 24kbit, the lowest is 32kbit.

I do have Huawei Joy (Vodafone 845) phone, which has crippled chipset, to disable Edge. If I want to listen without skipping, I found while experimenting, that 24k works perfectly. Is it possible to ass this one bitrate?
