Add a "status" for podcasts.

Would like to have a status for podcasts; something as simple as "listened", "new", "partially played", etc. (per user)

Ideally this would automatically update, but it could even be manual where each user would have to mark something as "done", "listened", or whatever.

Even more ideally is to (CSS) style the podcast links so you could tell at a glance which ones are new, listened to, partially listened to, etc.
