[Android App] Server selection changed based on Wifi.

When I am outside of my home network, I select the outside server.
When I am connected to my home network, via WiFi, I select inside.
I would like for the Subsonic app to be able to read my WiFi Access Point list that is saved on my phone, and let me pick a "Home WiFi" access point. Whenever the subsonic app sees that I am connected to this access point, it would in theory know I am on the local network of the subsonic server, and change servers for me.
I know I can setup an internal view DNS server so that my host name blah.bla.com, which always points to my homes external address, could be used to point that same domain to the internal address. However, this is usually only an option for a select few users. I think the app selecting the server based on WiFi access point would work for a majority of the users.
