Subsonic Forum

Currently I use a structure like this:
\Music
....\artists
.......\album
.......\album
....\singles
.......\2010-12-December Singles

That gives me an 'artist' called December Singles. (If anyone has a better suggestion please feel free).

Anyway, all my singles mp3 have cover art embedded in them. It would be great if Subsonic would look for coverart in the mp3 and display that first and default to folder art if track art does not exist.

For some reason, it is now working as I had hoped. Not sure why it wasn't earlier, but... who cares!

Did you change the name of december folder?

I did not. Oh crap, I know what I did now. My apologies - so much stuff going on for christmas.
I took all the songs in the singles folder and created a playlist. If a playlist is playing the cover art changes for each track. If i play a folder of songs, the cover art does NOT change.


BTW, my folder structure has a bit more detail and is almost identical to what you suggested, I just presented a more summarized version in my note.
