Feature request: "Consume" mode for playlists

I wish Subsonic had a "playlist consume" mode like MPD has, where tracks are automatically removed from the playlist after they are played.

Even better would be if a specified number of previously played tracks could be kept, in case you want to go back and look up the last couple of songs you just heard.
