Directory Navigation & Aspect Ratio of Folder Thumbs
Posted: Thu Jan 06, 2011 1:42 pmA few weeks ago I have registered my Subsonic and I want to say that it is a fine piece of software.
But there are two things that would be very nice to see in future releases.
First:
The possibility to switch between folder based navigation and tag based navigation. At the moment i´m using folder based navigation by not letting subsonic read my tags automaticly. Works good, but: I can not search in my collection. I like the directory based thing, because my collection is very hard structured. So i´m really fast with this.
I think switching between folder based navigation or tag based navigation would be very helpful for a lot of users.
Second:
Keep the aspect ratio of the embedded album art or, if used (don´t know that), folder.jpg . Not all bitmaps that I have are square.
That are my wishes for Subsonic so far.
