I would like to see a feature of video streaming playlist at the Subsonic.
By my tests, this is currently not possible to do at 4.3.

i create video playlists in media player classic just make playlist with desired videos save as .m3u in your playlist folders

i just ad -VIDEO to them so when i scroll thru i know the difference between video and audio playlists

when i use android app and click playlists they work and show fine

dont know if this is what you meant if not sorry
