this depends on the boxes hardware. looking at the specs it all depends on wheather java and ffmpeg runs on the box. at least then it can be manually installed (probably) like on any nas.

I have seen other music players/servers that runs on the popcorn hour.
As far as i remember the popcorn hour uses them though a webservice.

Wondering if there's been any progress on this request. I've been using Subsonic for all my devices (pc, phone, tablet, etc) and would love to use it for my popcorn hour c200. I tried just adding the website, but when I login, the unit just reboots.
