Build support for DD-WRT or OpenWRT (possibly using SableVM?

Hello,

I see someone tried this before to no avail here:
http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=14418

I am attempting to do this same. DD-WRT and OpenWRT are linux based, so a build should be possible using the standalone install. Standard Java is not supported, as far as I know. But SableVM is supposedly a full java compliant machine, so it seems there should be a way to do this. Newer routers are fairly powerful and should be able to handle it.

Is it possible and my linux skills simply aren't sufficient?
Is it totally impossible using the SableVM?

Thanks.

Did you try it?

By it I mean installing sableVM and then try running it? I just got a new Buffalo router with DD-WRT and I'm thinking of trying it out.
