What about creating an inbox feature

If all users on a server had an inbox, you could send messages directly to that user instead of using the chat This is good for private messages and allows the creation of conversions.
Although this feature hasn't got a lot to do with music, it will definetly be a killer feature

I agree, I was thinking that every user could be pm'ed, but the idea is very similar

Yes, it would be a natural way to communicate in private on the site, without the need of external IM:s or email

If there could be an email notification telling the reciever that they've got a PM (just like we do at this forum), this feature would be even better
